This large horizontal painting, on two adjointing canvases, is created with irregular curved shapes using four solid and contrasting colours: green, blue, pink and white. This is a characteristic aspect of optical art.
Like other of her compositions, for example Nataraja, Evoรซ 3 is structured on a diagonal grid moving from bottom left to top right. This dynamic structure gives the painting a forward movement accentuated by the curvaceous coloured shapes that play ambivalently and rythmically both as foreground and background in a natural succession that reminds of sea waves.
