The food I like
Food-wise I am a traditionalist and prefer natural and full flavours coming from the culinary customs of popular cooking, just with some modern twists to make it relevant and attractive for our palates. Good traditional cooking is what I am after when I am in charge in the kitchen and when I eat out and seek for filling but also healthy and comforting preparations that can delight my taste buds and be a pleasure for the eyes too.

Italian Traditional Cooking
Being born in Apulia, I have a natural passion for good traditional food, prepared with the great variety of produce coming from this land, over the various seasons. Varied and tasty vegetables, fresh seafood, fantastic cheeses, just to mention some of the wonderful ingredients used in this earthy and colourful cuisine. This is also the main source of inspiration for my cooking in my kitchen, with my recipes, mainly for the pleasure of my friends.
