With this blog I started posting some translations of poetry from several languages into English and Italian, posting also the original versions, which are by now in the public domain. Here are the updated links to these pages, with poems by Walt Whitman, Arthur Rimbaud, Federico Garcia Lorca and Fernando Pessoa in translated versions:

- Are You the New Person
- For Him I Sing
- Native Moments
- Roots and Leaves
- This Moment Yearning and Thoughtful
- That Shadow My Likeness
- Among the Multitude

Arthur Rimbaud
Fernando Pessoa
- As to a chid, I talked my heart asleep
- Chuva obliqua
- How many masks wear we, and undermasks
- Thy words are torture to me
- When I do think my meanest line
- Whether we write or speak or do but look

Thanks, I will probably set up a new blog focused just on translated poetry, if I can produce enough material on a regular basis

Iโll be staying tuned. Did I tell you that several years ago, my husband, son and me attended a Dante Alighieri language school in Marche. An amazing experience.
